How our pricing works

Pricing is per transaction. What you pay depends on how the payment is made, which currencies are involved, where your customers are, and the risk profile of what you sell.

We would rather quote you accurately than publish a headline rate that turns out not to apply to your business.

What we will ask to quote you

To give you a real number rather than a range, we need to understand:

• What you sell, and to whom
• How your customers pay today, and in which countries
• Roughly what volume and average transaction value you expect
• Which currencies you need to collect, hold or pay out in
• Whether you need payouts, recurring billing, or both

No surprises

We will tell you the whole cost before you integrate — the transaction fee, anything charged for currency conversion, and anything charged for payouts.

If something about your business means we cannot offer a competitive price, we will say so rather than quote you badly.
